Spoons – We really love the challenge of spoons. Spoons are what most people start out on because they are the easiest to make. The spoon is the beginner’s glass art. A man named Shunryu Suzuki once said, “Be humble: in the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s mind there are few.” We are always stretching ourselves to make a better spoon and find new ways to get the very most out of it as a canvas. This develops skills that we then watch permeate the rest of our art.
