A beautiful Aurora Frit sidecar dry hammer by Martha Proctor of Liquid Sand Studio. The rainbow kaleidoscope of colors takes on different tones throughout the piece, and in different light. Frit is powdered glass powder, often of different colors like on this piece, it blends into a unique look on each piece. The Purple Lollipop and Tropical color accents look great and add to the color palette, we really like how the purple resolves against the piece. You’ll notice the great ergonomics as you hold it in your hand, it’s really comfortable as a one-hand piece. It’s easy to partially or wholly work the thumb carb on the sidecar as you hold it, and the Purple Lollipop carb is large to give you a lot of control over your pull. A sidecar is a little larger for a dry piece, and the main thing you’ll notice is the extra space gives your pull a little time to cool a bit – it’s a smoother pull for a dry piece. At 7 inches overall length this is easy to handle, and around 3.25 inches high, 3.5 inches wide. A beautiful sidecar from Liquid Sand Studio!
